Payment & Confirmation

​

Payment is required in full prior to service. Appointments are not considered confirmed until payment has been received.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

​

We understand that plans can change. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service may be rescheduled without a cancellation fee. Payments are non-refundable but may be applied to a future appointment.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service price.

No-Shows & Access

​

If a client is unavailable at the scheduled service time, or our team is unable to safely access the property due to an issue within the client's control, the appointment may be considered a no-show and a 100% cancellation fee may apply.

Clients are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled service time.

Service Satisfaction

​

We want you to love your clean. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will gladly return to address reasonable concerns that fall within the original scope of service at no additional charge.

Refunds

​

Payments are generally non-refundable once services have been rendered. Our first remedy for service-related concerns is to return and correct the applicable areas. Refunds or credits may be considered by Stone Residential at our discretion based on the circumstances.

Additional Services

Services are limited to the items included in the applicable quote or service description. Requests for additional services or work outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges.

Emergencies & Special Circumstances

​

We understand that unexpected circumstances and emergencies happen. Cancellation fees may be waived at Stone Residential's discretion when circumstances are beyond the client's reasonable control.
